The BiUbe Pure Aquarium retails at the an entery price of around £85, but this is for the cold water option with a light only. If your wanting to keep tropical fish then its just short of the £100 mark with a heater. You also have the option of an LED Light over the standard Halogen, for an extra £3.

If you don’t like the clear BiUbe Pure, then it is available with a blue tint, but there is a premium to pay for this.
The BiUbe Pure Aquarium is made from strong crystal clear acrylic which is 10x strong than the glass equivalent. The total capacity of the BiUbe Pure Aquarium is 35 litres so although its market as suitable for marine fish keeping, your going to have to keep on top of it if your looking at keeping marines and your not going to get a whole lot of fish in.
Tropicals are probably the best route to go down with the BiUbe Pure. also the BiUbe Pure has less visual distortion over a biOrb as there is less curvature of the tank.
In the box you’ll get:
• Biube Pure aquarium
• Biorb Intelligent LED light (Depandant on your lighting choice)
• Ceramic media
• 1 Standard freshwater filter cartridge – (biorb service kit)
• Low-voltage Air Pump
• 12v Transformer
• Tap water conditioner and Beneficial Bacteria liquid
• Printed documentation
Tank Dimensions
• height: 18 inches
• Width: 14.5 inches
• Depth: 14.5 inches
• Weight (empty): 14 pounds (1 kg)
• Weight (full): 84 pounds (31Kg)

The TMC MicroHabitat 15 is aptly names as it holds 15 litres of water. The TMC MicroHabitat 15 is aimed at keeping a basic yet colourful marine micro habitat. You’ll be able to keep smaller corals and mini invertebrates like shrimps, you might even be able to keep one small marine fish such as a Yellow Clown Goby

Although this tank is often refered to as a Nano Aquarium, it would probably be more commonly known as a Pico which is the size banding under a Nano Aquarium.

The Micro Habitat 15 is made from a high quality acrylic, this makes it lighter and stronger than glass and also gives a better viewing experience. You can keep your TMC MicroHabitat 15 absolutely anywhere due to its small size.

Tank Dimensions :27cm long x 23.5cm wide x 26cm high, if you include the Skimmer head then the height will jump up to 30cm. Since the light is high adjustable this hasn’t been taken into consideration

To the rear of the TMC MicroHabitat 15 there is an excellent filtration system, with three chambers. The protein skimmer sits in the first chamber, and is driven by the air pump. your mini AquaRay Micro Led light is attached to the rear of the second chamber. The return pump is placed in the last chamber.

The AquaRay Micro Led light really compliments the TMC MicroHabitat 15 and it uses a range of LG LED’s Ocean White 9000k.

The Micro Habitat comes complete with:

Clear condensation Lid
Micro Thermometer
Hydrometer
H2AIR 60-Air Pump (Pump, non return valve and airline)
Micro Heater

The TMC MicroHabitat 15 is very new and your unlikely to find it in your local fish tank or aquariums suppliers straight away, so your best option is looking online where you will find it at just under £100.

If your looking for something to spruce up your living room then the TMC MicroHabitat 15 is small enough to sit in a corner and not look out of place or obtrusive

The new Aqua Clean system from Juwel is basically a posh name for a gravel vacuum. But it has been well thought of as two get two clips included which attach to the hose and then one will clip onto you aquarium and the other one will attach to the bucket stopping all the water pouring on to the floor.

It also includes a thumb style shut off valve so that you can go and empty the bucket and then come back turn the thumb screw and the syphon action will carry on. There’s a handy little attachment which allows you to clean the bottom of your internal Juwel filter as these can get pretty mucky.

Although £20 does seem a lot you can easily pay £10 for some hose and some rigid tubing so go the whole hog and get the Aqua Clean system from Juwel.

The Juwel Vision 450 Aquarium is a pretty big fish tank by any standards, you can keep cold water, tropicals and marine fish in this aquarium although your gold fish might be a bit lost on its own. This is even a big tank for tropical fish, but knowing that Clown Loaches can grow quite large then its definitely suitable for tropical fish keeping. Although you might find that with the Juwel Vision 450 Aquarium that keeping marine fish is a good option with this tank as you won’t have many limitations of the types of fish you can keep, things like Regal Tangs, Flame Angels and shole of Yellow Tangs is possible. Oh and it Holds 450 Litres incase you didnt figure that bit out.

Lighting is provided by the excellent Juwel High-Lite Light Unit 150 cm, 2 x 54 W. There is also the usual internal filter system fitted by Juwel, but if your keeping marine fish you might want to look at adding a sump under this aquarium.

Tank Dimensions: 151 x 61 x 64 cm

As usual the build quality of the Juwel Vision 450 is second to none which includes the cabinet.

You get the usual three colors to choose from Beach, Black and Dark Wood.

A Juwel Vision 450 will set you back just short of £800 just for the aquarium, the cabinet can be another £150.

The Hagen Elite Style 35, holds 35 litres of water so even if you wanted this as an upgrade you could keep your gold fish in this and just remove / don’t use the 50w heater that is supplied with this set. It comes with a silver finish and costs around £69 which isnt bad as you get everything you need to start keeping tropical fish.

You can also buy a stand for your Hagen Elite Style 35 fish tnaks if you have no where to put it. The stand will set you back £40 though, although it does look rather stylish.

Getting any information on Aquatlantis Evasion Horizon 75 seems to be pretty hard and buying them from your local fish shop might be even harder. They are available from STM and Rocket online.

The Aquatlantis Evasion Horizon 75 is classed as a nano aquarium as it holds 75 litres of salt water. They do look really nice as the top and bottom of the aquarium is covered with anodised aluminium.

The lighting is provided by 2 24w T5 tubes which seem a little under powered as the D-D 24G uses 2x36watt light bulbs. The poor lighting might mean that keeping corals in your new nano aquarium could be a problem due to the poor lighting. You also get a Saltwater Bio Box filter which comes complete with pump and a protein skimmer.

You can choose from 8 colours for your new Aquatlantis Evasion Horizon 75 aquarium and the stand. Theres a neat trap door in the lid for feeding.

If your looking to buy an Aquatlantis Evasion Horizon 75 then your going to be forking out around £379.00. In our opinion you would be better looking at the Orca TL-550 Nano Reef Aquarium, which is slightly cheaper at £320 and has a higher water capacity at 128 litres, and is only slightly bigger in width and length. A nice looking nano aquarium but to expensive for what you get.

Tank Diemensions 42 x 48 x 50 cm Stand Diemensons 47 x 50 x 100 cm

You can buy a replacement lid with LED lighting for around £550, which does seem a lot but you won’t need to replace any bulbs for 10 years. Here’s what D-D say about the new LED upgrade

“Our high intensity LED illumination system delivers the power of halides and the broad coverage of T5 lighting with over 10x the lifespan. It requires less energy consumption, is cool running and offers beautiful shimmering light while being eco-friendly.”

As standard the fish tank is lit by 2 36w blue/white 50:50 bulbs and 2 switchable blue LED moonlights. Replacement bulbs are around £20.

At The rear of the tank there is the inbuilt 3 stage filtration system, as the D-D 24g Nano Cube Aquarium has been around for quite a while varying marine fish keepers have altered the standard setup.

This is a great aquarium for people looking to start marine fish keeping. The tank comes with little equipment wise, with just a stock 900lph return pump. But there are so many option and upgrades for this nano aquarium that it makes it hard to pass up.

It holds just short of 110 litres or 24 gallons, so its ideal for a pair of common clowns. you’ll probably need around 10/13kg of live rock.

You can often find the D-D 24g Nano Cube Aquarium on ebay for around £150/ £200 as a full setup.

Tank dimensions 18”x19.6”x19.7”(LxWxH)

There’ll be no extra cost to choose White Gloss but expect it to be in high demand and hard to get hold of.

White aquariums are growing ever popular with makes such as Betta been one of the most popular white aquariums on the market. Red Sea Max also do a white finish all though black is the most common.

The White Gloss finish will only be avaiable on a few models so dont be getting your hopes up just yet of owning a nice white Trigon, as currently only Rio 125, Rio 180 and Lido 120 will have the option

The Aqualampe Aquarium is actually made by Aqualantis so don’t worry about the quality of the Aqualampe Aquarium as it will be second to none if it is finished to the usual high quality that we have become familiar with from Aqualantis due to their 35 years in manufacturing aquariums.

There’s a few places that are selling the Aqualampe online but there’s quite a price difference one selling for around £111 and the other for £65. So if your our purchasing online make sure you choose the right online retailer.

The Aqualampe has a capacity of 20 litres so it might be OK for goldfish, but you might be better looking at other coldwater fish or tropical fish that aren’t as fussy about the temperature.

Your AqualantisAqualampe is supplied with a small internal filter, condensation trays and a light bulb.

If your looking for an aquarium then the AqualantisAqualampe really is something that has that unique feel to it and is a the cutting edge of designer aquariums, the only thing that might rival it would be a picture frame aquarium.
